The Dedication Book Program is a way to honor your child and make a gift of a book to our school library. Donate $25.00 and have a book dedicated to your child (or anyone you admire) with a name inscribed on a bookplate inside commemorating the special day. Books will be presented during Chapel and become a permanent part of our library. Birthday Books will be presented at the Chapel closest to the child’s birthday during birthday recognitions.

After completing this form, your child will then have the opportunity to select a book during Library class.
