A space that encourages exploration, creation and collaboration between students, teachers and the community.
The Christ Church School Learning Commons is a dedicated space for prekindergarten through fifth grade students and their families. The Learning Commons includes an open floor plan with flexible furnishing to allow for a variety activities. A collection of approximately 8,000 volumes including electronic books, more than 15 periodical subscriptions, and a comprehensive list of online databases are available to students and faculty.
Open Library Hours for Families
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the Learning Commons is currently closed to students and families before and after school. We will notify parents when normal visiting hours resume.

Borrowing Materials
- Students and parents are encouraged to borrow materials.
- Books may be checked out by students for one week and may be renewed twice.
- Kindergarten and first graders may check out one book. Second through fifth graders may check out two books. Additional books for research may be checked out as needed.
- Reference books and periodicals must be used in the library.
User Responsibilities
- Materials are expected back by the due date so that they will be available to others.
- Materials should be returned in the same condition as received. Damaged and lost materials must be paid for before report cards are issued.
- The students will uphold their RESPECT pledge and honor a Christian community of caring in the Learning Commons.
