Every CCS student receives one free Theme T-Shirt each year. Additional shirts are $15.00 each. Submit this form once for each CCS student. Shirts will be handed out to students in September and sent home.
SHIRT ORDERS ARE ONLY PLACED ONCE FOR THE ENTIRE SCHOOL YEAR.
If you would like an additional shirt to have as extra, or an additional size to plan for growth throughout the year, you must purchase them with this order.
